Moved into a new place after weeks of searching after 13 years as a project coordinator

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. The landlord took a chance on us. If you are searching, keep going.

Thanks for sharing the deposit help tip. I will look into it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
