Moved into a new place after weeks of searching - 4 months and counting

After 22 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Fresno. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The landlord took a chance on us. Thanks for all the tips.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
