Moved into a new place after weeks of searching - 14 weeks in

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The landlord took a chance on us. If you are searching, keep going.

Thanks for sharing the deposit help tip. I will look into it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
