Moved into a new place after weeks of searching - 10 months and counting

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A local programme helped with the deposit. It was worth not giving up.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

That is a real win. Enjoy it.
