Job offer came in! - what worked for you?

After 10 months I accepted a job as a data-entry clerk. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
