Job offer came in! - first time posting

After 3 months I accepted a job as a line cook. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
