Job offer came in!, call-centre agent here

After 5 months I accepted a job as a call-centre agent. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
