After 4 months I accepted a job as a barista. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. How do you handle the first week?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
