Job offer came in! after 16 years as a retail manager

They called on Thursday with an offer and I said yes right away. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
