Job offer came in! after 10 years as a welding apprentice

After 6 months I accepted a job as a welding apprentice. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. What helped you in the first month?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
