Job offer came in! - 23 weeks in

After 7 months I accepted a job as an IT help-desk technician. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
