I start a new job on Monday - what worked for you?

After 5 months I accepted a job as a dental hygienist. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I could not have done it without this community. What helped you in the first month?

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.
