After 2 months I accepted a job as a web developer. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
