I start a new job on Monday, warehouse supervisor here

After 13 months I accepted a job as a warehouse supervisor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
