I start a new job on Monday (update)

After 5 months I accepted a job as a home health aide. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
