I start a new job on Monday (update)

After 13 months I accepted a job as a logistics coordinator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I could not have done it without this community. What helped you in the first month?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
