I start a new job on Monday (Pittsburgh)

After 3 months I accepted a job as a medical assistant. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am relieved and a bit nervous. How do you handle the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
