I start a new job on Monday - any advice?

After 11 months I accepted a job as a medical assistant. Any experience at all would help. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
