After 14 months I accepted a job as an HR coordinator. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. Any advice for starting over?

That is wonderful news. Keep applying for a little while if you have not signed, it is a good habit.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
