I start a new job on Monday - any advice?

They called on Monday with an offer and I said yes right away. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
