I start a new job on Monday after 3 years as a school bus driver

I start on Monday after a long search. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It is not my dream role, but the pay is fair and the people are kind. How do you handle the first week?

Well earned. Ask questions early, even small ones. People liked it.
