I start a new job on Monday - 9 weeks in

After 9 months I accepted a job as an office manager. It has been a long 9 weeks. I could not have done it without this community. What helped you in the first month?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
