I start a new job on Monday - 5 weeks in

After 2 months I accepted a job as a graphic designer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I could not have done it without this community. What helped you in the first month?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
