I start a new job on Monday - 2 weeks in

After 7 months I accepted a job as a medical assistant. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
