I start a new job on Monday - 2 months and counting

They called on Tuesday with an offer and I said yes right away. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am relieved and a bit nervous. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
