I start a new job on Monday - 18 weeks in

After 13 months I accepted a job as a nurse's aide. Thank you in advance. I could not have done it without this community. Any advice for starting over?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
