I helped someone else get hired (update)

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
