I helped someone else get hired (update)

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
