I helped someone else get hired (Richmond)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
