I helped someone else get hired (Portland)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. It has been a long 18 weeks. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
