I helped someone else get hired, nurse's aide here

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I was nervous but it went well.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
