I helped someone else get hired (Louisville)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
