I helped someone else get hired, HR coordinator here

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. He started on Monday.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
