I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It felt good to give something back after others helped me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
