I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
