I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I was nervous but it went well.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
