I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
