I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. Thank you in advance. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
