I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
