I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
