I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
