I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. Any experience at all would help. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
