I helped someone else get hired - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
