I helped someone else get hired (Buffalo)

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
