I helped someone else get hired, bookkeeper here

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. He started on Monday.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
