I helped someone else get hired (Austin)

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
