I helped someone else get hired - any advice?

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
