I helped someone else get hired - any advice?

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
