I helped someone else get hired after 17 years as a production planner

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
