I helped someone else get hired after 15 years as a warehouse supervisor

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
